Do’s:

  • Curl, tong or straighten on a light heat, preferably with heat protectant.
  • GHDs can be used on these extensions.
  • You can wash these extensions.
  • You must use a hair-care oil to help them keep their moisture.

Don’ts:

  • Avoid products containing alcohol — they cause dryness.
  • Avoid shampoos formulated for volume or dyed hair.
  • Bleaching or lightening the extensions is not recommended.
  • Always remove your extensions before bedtime.
  • Avoid swimming and heavy rain.

How does the invisible wire stay in place?

A clear nylon wire is attached to each end of the weft — once sized, it's like wearing an invisible hair band. The weft sits below the ridge at the back of your head, which keeps it snug and secure all day. Optional clips are available if you feel nervous at first, but when fitted with the wire alone it stays firmly in place.

Will anyone be able to see the wire?

No. The wire is made of clear nylon, so your own hair colour shines through it — and you comb a layer of your own hair over the top, so it's completely hidden.

How long does it take to put on?

About one minute. Place the wire over your head, position the weft below the ridge at the back of your head, then comb your own hair over the top to blend. No help, glue, or salon appointment needed — and it comes off in seconds at night.

How do I know the colour will match my hair?

Two ways to get it right:

  • Free colour exchanges — if it arrives and it's not quite right, exchanging for another shade is free.
Is it suitable for fine or thinning hair?

Yes — it's one of the best options for fine hair. Unlike clip-ins there's nothing pulling on your roots, it won't slide on fine hair, and it's great for filling in frazzled or thinning sides while your own hair recovers.

Does it work with short hair?

All lengths are suitable, and it works best with shoulder-length hair. Long layered styles blend most easily; a very short, blunt cut is harder to blend. If you're unsure, send us a photo via the colour match and we'll tell you honestly whether it will work for you.

Which length should I choose?

Can I curl, straighten and wash it?

Yes. It's 100% Remy human hair, so you can curl, tong or straighten it on a light heat (heat protectant recommended — your GHDs are fine), and it's washable. Use a hair oil to keep it moisturised, avoid products containing alcohol, and it will stay soft and silky wear after wear.

Can I wear it in a ponytail?

Low and half-up styles work beautifully. For a high ponytail the weft can peek out — that's what our clip-in ponytail extensions are made for.

What if it's not right when it arrives?

You have 14 days from delivery. Colour and length exchanges are completely free through our returns portal; refunds are what you paid minus a £10 admin fee. Please keep the extension unworn and untampered — every return is inspected by our team.

How fast is delivery?

Everything ships tracked from our UK warehouse. Standard delivery is 2–3 business days and free over £45 (£3.95 below). Express is £6.95, 1–2 business days — order before 1pm for next-day delivery. Europe & international takes 3–7 business days.

The extensions are amazing quality real hair. I've bought cheaper in the past and regretted it. The hair is really thick and beautiful. It's taking me a while to get the fit right as I have a small head. But there are lots of hooks so you can easily adjust the length of the wire. I bought the additional wires, which are very handy. I was a little worried initially about buying these online, but I've had excellent customer support and really wasn't disappointed when they arrived. I am 100% impressed with all aspects of the company and quality of the hair.
