How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using a tracked service.
What are the shipping fees?
Free Standard Shipping over £50
- 2 to 3 business days.
- Orders below £50 - £4.95
- Express Shipping - £6.95
- 1 to 2 business days. Order before 1pm for next day delivery.
Europe & International
- 3-7 business days.
- Below £150 - £7
- Above £150 - Free
Where can I track my order?
You will receive an email from us with a unique tracking number.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Don’t worry. If your order gets lost in the mail we can provide compensation, in the form of a replacement or refund.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can do this prior to dispatch. We recommend contacting us directly to make sure we dispatch your order to the correct address.
