Refunds & Exchanges Policy

You can return your extensions within 14 days of receiving them. The return/exchange process is very simple and done through our portal here

Exchanging for another colour or length = Free

Return for cash refund = What you paid -£10 admin fee (shipping label etc).

Prepare your package

Pack your items carefully and follow the steps in the return portal

Mail it back with the return label provided

It'll get inspected by our warehouse and a refund processed

Please note regarding refunds

The extensions must be in all of their original packaging, exactly as how they came. If they look like they have been worn extensively we will not be able to offer a full refund. If you dye the extensions, or use a silver or purple shampoo and it doesn't turn out as expected we cannot be held liable nor accept the return. 

The returned extension has to meet the below criteria. 

Is the extension damaged? 

No

Does it look like it's been extensively worn?

No

Has the extension come back nicely packaged exactly like it was sent out?

Yes

Is the extension neatly folded in its hair net?

Yes

Is the extension neatly folded in its hair net? 

Yes

Are the wires in there?

Yes

Are the clips in there?

Yes

If the courier has delivered the item with photo proof of delivery to your address we cannot offer a refund if you claim to have not received it, however please email info@naturylextensions.com and we can work with you to come to a resolution.

Colour-match-me-testers are non-returnable or refundable.
