Our extensions are crafted from authentic 100% Remy human hair, but they need a slightly different care regimen to your natural hair.

• Curl, tong or straighten on a light heat, preferably with heat protectant.
• GHDs can be used on these extensions.
• You can wash these extensions.
• You must use a hair-care oil to help them keep their moisture.

Don’ts:

• Avoid products containing alcohol — they cause dryness.
• Avoid shampoos formulated for volume or dyed hair.
• Bleaching or lightening the extensions is not recommended.
• Always remove your extensions before bedtime.

Returns — return within 14 days through our returns portal. Exchanges (colour or length) are free. A cash refund is what you paid minus a £10 admin fee. Extensions must be untampered and unworn — every return is inspected.
