Care instructions:

Our extensions are crafted from authentic 100% Remy Human Hair, but they require a slightly different care regimen compared to your natural hair.

Avoid

• Products containing alcohol can lead to dryness, so steer clear of them.
• Avoid using shampoos formulated for volume or dyed hair.
• Bleaching or lightening the extensions is not recommended.
• Always remove your extensions before bedtime.
• Swimming and exposure to rain can be detrimental, so try to avoid these situations.

Additional Tips

Brushing: Avoid fine-tooth combs, which can snag and damage the extensions. Instead, use a wide-tooth comb to gently detangle your hair. Start at the ends and work your way up to minimise pulling.

Conditioning: Hair extensions lack the natural oils your scalp produces to keep hair moisturised. To prevent them from looking frizzy or staticky, use a good quality conditioner regularly. Apply it to the mid-lengths and ends of the hair, avoiding the attachment points.

Washing: Just like your own hair, extensions shouldn't be washed with hot water.  Hot water strips away natural moisture, making the hair dry and brittle. Use lukewarm water and a gentle shampoo designed for extensions.

Drying: Minimise heat styling whenever possible.  If you must use a blow dryer, use the lowest heat setting and dry the hair partially. Let the extensions air dry completely to prevent heat damage.

Hair oil: For added moisture and shine, consider using a hair oil specifically formulated for extensions. Apply a small amount to the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the roots to prevent greasy buildup.

You can return or exchange your extensions within 14 days of receiving them. The return process is very simple and done through our portal here

Please note you must not tamper or wear the extension as they get inspected thoroughly by our team.

Can I trim my face framing layers?

Yes. If they need to be shortened absolutely, however we do advise your local hairdresser doing this to get it spot on.

What length and weight are they?

14 inches. 15 grams thick

What comes in my order?

2x face framing layers. Spare clips and a convenient bag to store and transport them in.

Can I curl and straighten them?

Yes, on a light heat with heat protectant

Can they not easily be seen?

No. We use miniature clips which lie seamlessly so they are invisible.

I'm worried they will fall out...

The clips hold them really securely and they are so lightweight and comfortable you won't even know they are there. Lightweight = no tugging or pulling on your existing hair.
